General Questions

  • Our webshop is designed with user-friendliness in mind. You can easily search for products, view your past orders, and manage your shopping cart. If you need guidance, our customer service team is just an email or phone call away.

  • Delivery times can vary based on your location and the products ordered. Typically, orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery details will be provided upon order confirmation.

Order History

  • The "Order History" section provides a detailed record of all your transactions with L&R. It allows you to review past orders and, if needed, quickly place a reorder of previously purchased items.

  • Yes, you can easily reorder any products from your "Order History." Simply find the past order containing the items you need and select the option to reorder.

My Lists

  • "My Lists" functions as your personal wishlist, where you can save your most frequently ordered items for quick and easy reordering in the future.

  • When viewing a product, you can add it to "My Lists" by clicking the 'Add to List' button. You can create multiple lists for different needs or preferences.

All Products

  • "All Products" is your complete digital catalog of L&R's offerings. Here you can explore our full range of products, compare features, and make informed purchasing decisions.

Shopping Cart

  •  The "Shopping Cart" holds all the products you're ready to order. Add items as you browse, or quickly enter product reference numbers using the quick entry feature. When you're ready, you can proceed to checkout from here.

Ordering and Checkout

  • Once you've added all desired products to your shopping cart, click on the cart icon and select 'Checkout'. Follow the prompts to complete your order, including shipping and payment details.

  • Yes, your shopping cart can be saved for later completion. Simply log out, and when you return and log in, your cart will be as you left it.

Account Management

  • To update your account information, go to the 'My Account' section after logging in. Here you can change your contact details, password, and any other personal information.

  • If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
